ProAngle Homes provides a 12-month workmanship and materials warranty on your new home. In this time, we will address any warranty issues and provide 24-hour emergency support. Immediately after you’ve taken possession, we are available to address any needs, or if you have any questions or concerns. We will also check in at the two-month and one-year mark to provide a walk through with our site supervisor to address any concerns and answer any questions as needed. As well, all Lifestyle homes are protected through the Alberta New Homes Protection Act. This covers 1 year for labor and materials, 2 years for delivery and distribution systems, 5 years for building envelope protection, and 10 years for major structural components.
